Hi. You need to get in touch with support as they will have to de-regiter it first. I had a similar problem with my partners Hub as it only half registered when I installed it and they need to set up the correct account or something. As soon as they set the account to the right type it all went thro...

Hi, yes in every way shape and form except the menu is different which I put down to FW. Saying this the hub finds and connects to it. The only thing it can't do is the motion detection and again I think that may be a FW thing.

Phoned the help desk over an issue just before I left for Vietnam and had a go at them about the lack of forum and they just said to use twitter....
However a couple of ours ago I googled alert me forum and this was the top hit.

Hi I have two alert me cameras but I also use a camera from the old Halo system that I ditched for the Am system. Same camera but different layout on the setup scree. AM hub finds and links with it o problem. The AM cameras are running V1.0.04 but the Halo one is V1.0.03. I'm out in Vietnam at prese...

I thought the Smart sockets acted as repeaters and the basic system could support a "number" of devices but if you added a Smart socket it could support more. if my memory serves me right I was told this by the help desk when I first brought mine. 52% and rock solid. I live on a big hill and funny enough the mobile coverage is pants but I have failed over to mobile and operated smart plugs with no problem (back-up for my central heating controller). Virgin regularly have outages on their cable by me and it always switches across.

Having the same problem with the Virgin Wireless router they provide, (SuperHub?). Plug it into a Netgear connected off the Virgin no problem. Plug it into the Virgin direct, no go. Can't see why as it obtains an IP address ad you can see the associated MAC addressor the Virgin box in the ARP cache....

Many thanks for the list. Shown up that 3 of my smart plugs are out of date and my Lamp unit is well adrift.
I also have an alarm detector that is at 2.2r1.
Anyone confirm if theres is the same?
