No idea if anyone else out there is still using AlertMe. But in case they are, does anyone know how to get access to the AlertMe API docs? https://api.alertme.com/v5/docs I must have had access in the past, but damned if I can find a username or password that works. More worryingly, Safe and Secure seems to have entirely disappeared from British Gas's website. I was about to order a replacement key fob. This is not good news at all.

Reviving an old thread here, but I've only just found out the AlertMe devices are compatible with the British Gas Safe & Secure system. Good to know my investment in many devices won't be wasted if I go to S&S. My question is this; are the S&S and Remote Heating Control system integrated in any way?...

Actually, to positive things up a bit, the latest release of the Hub and device firmware is the best they've ever done. Really tightened up on battery life and returning keyfob detection for me. In their classic standard of communication though, they've never actually said whether this release was ...
