Yes mate, I think that is due to the low grade network connection the AlertMe uses.....try it in a Netgear switch it'll be fine - AlertMe hub is quite picky

I have an issue with the AlertMe clamp as it not very accurate if you go <100w which my base-load is 61w, so most of the say this Alertme clamap says 0w or something stupid like 97w I have a new clamp but how do I wire it up to the AlertMe system without causing issues with the power transmissions a...

Well the issue is getting worse, tried a reset no difference

Also, it does not detect any new devices and takes hours to process commands....

AlertMe are telling me it's the hub CPU overloaded, I think I have a faulty hub

I'm getting an issue with my configuration not loading and my Smart-plugs taking over 1 hour to respond.....AlertMe recon this is the hub data throughput overloaded I have 45 devices on my system including 2 CCTV cameras......I have removed 5x smart-plugs and both CCTV camera which brings the total ...

Ensure you do not connect your hub directly to the Draytek ports.....my 2820 does not link with the hub.
