AlertMe Users' Forum

I didn't try in a while but when I logged into the alertme website today I wanted to check the camera feed.
First, I had to re-enable the old quick time plugin for safari on my MacBook. But even after i did this, I can't get a picture. All i see is the blue "Q". The camera still seems to record a video when I click on it, since I see a video in the history list. But I can't watch those, too.

Any idea how I can get this to work again?

Hmm, sounds like a streaming issue - though difficult to tell from whose end it would be. I haven't used the camera recording function of AlertMe in a while as the quality of the recordings was a bit low, so I can't really advise - ah, except I will have old recordings on there. I'll try tomorrow and report back.
